What’s new with ShipStation

To highlight our place as industry leaders we refreshed our messaging and branding while maintaining our core functionality. You may have already noticed that we’ve made some changes to the ShipStation logo and brand colors in the navigation menu on the ShipStation app. 

We’ve also updated our website to have a new look and feel. But it’s still a place where you can learn about new and time-tested features, like Inventory Sync and Automated Rate Shopper. You can still review new customer success stories that show how our solutions meet your shipping needs as your business grows. 

Wondercide and ShipStation: 10 years of partnership

While we’ve updated our look, our commitment to our users has remained the same. We want to highlight how our consistent approach to fulfillment helps companies of all sizes drive huge results. Our decade-long partnership with Wondercide, a plant-based pest control company that rose to fame on ABC’s Shark Tank, is a prime example.

Because of their rapid growth, Wondercide needed a solution to streamline and scale their fulfillment processes. After finding ShipStation in 2014, they experienced 1000% Y-o-Y growth in ten years.

Wondercide used ShipStation to scale their fulfillment every step of the way. What started as a garage operation became a 1,500 sq ft space and is now a bustling 62,000 sq ft warehouse. ShipStation’s features, like user-friendly onboarding and automated order processing, helped Wondercide cut training time in half and scale their operations to handle over 20,000 shipments a month.
