How do I ship with Evri?
To ship a package with Evri follow these steps.
Pack your item securely and ensure you declare the correct weight. Choose an Evri service based on speed and budget. Drop off Parcels will generate a physical label and QR code providing the ability to print the label at the drop off point.
Sending your package is based on the chosen service, either Print at Home or QR code (Drop off Only).
If you choose to Print at Home, attach the label to the Parcel. Take it to the drop off point, Parcelshop or Locker. Handover the parcel to capture the first scan evident at either the locker, at the shop counter, or when collected by the Evri courier.
If you choose to Print the label at the locker or Parcelshop, scan the QR code at the Parcelshop or Locker. The label will be generated in store or at the locker. Apply it to the parcel. Handover the parcel to capture the first scan evident at either the locker, at the shop counter, or when collected by the Evri courier.
Do Evri offer any Service Enhancements?
All Evri parcels will be delivered to either a leave safe location if the recipient is not available or to an alternative neighbouring property. In the event that you do not wish for the parcel to be left safe, you can for an additional premium add, Household signature providing assurance your parcel is in safe hands.
Do Evri deliver Internationally?
Evri International services are currently not available.
Do Evri collect from Home or Parcelshops on a Sunday?
Sunday collection and delivery is not option available on Shipstation.
When do Evri deliver parcels?
Evri typically attempts deliveries from Monday to Saturday, making up to three delivery attempts if necessary. Standard delivery hours are usually up to 8pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and up to 6pm on Saturdays, though the precise daily cut-off times are ultimately dependent upon current Evri delivery volumes.
Does Evri deliver on Weekends?
Yes, Saturday is a standard delivery and collection day.
